  • Tuesday:  1700-1900 | 1900-2100 
  • Thursday: 15:00-1700 | 1700-1900 | 1900-2100 
  • Weekends: 09:00-11:00 | 11:00- 13:00 |  13:00-15:00 | 1500-1700
  • We can only accept 1 booking per account.

  • A full wetsuit or tow float must be worn (limited tow floats are available to hire)
  • Please arrive on time for your allotted time slot.

  • Our swim sessions are limited to people over the Age of 16
